The Laboratory Genetics and Genomics fellowship at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) is designed for MD or PhD trainees who wish to direct or co-direct a Clinical Molecular Genetics and/or Clinical Cytogenetics laboratory.
Instruction and experience cover diagnostic laboratory genetics with emphasis on heritable disorders, and fellows gain exposure to somatic applications and a broad range of molecular genetic and cytogenetic techniques.
