Welspun Tubular is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead the people function for the HFIW and LSAW operations in Arkansas. This role partners with plant leadership, supervisors, and employees to ensure fair, timely, and compliant HR decisions.
The position works closely with plant administrators and other HR resources to drive workforce planning, employee lifecycle processes, and workforce analytics while sustaining accurate information for operational leaders.
