Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and team mentorship while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Develop scalable, maintainable applications using modern frontend technologies.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams.
Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.
Support CI/CD processes and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs.
Required Skills:- 14+ years of overall IT experience.6+ years of frontend development experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Next. JS building single page applications involving MFE capabilities
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
