Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation
- Assist attorneys with case strategy, medical record review, demand preparation, discovery, and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, providers, experts, opposing counsel, and adjusters
- Maintain case organization and move files proactively with a high level of autonomy
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of personal injury and/or insurance defense experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage files with minimal oversight
