That's the job. Your mission is simple, keep the clients happy.

What you’ll do: Onboard every new client - from the day they sign, a welcome call, connecting all their social accounts, and making sure their first content goes live within 24 hours. Be their go-to person - doctors and office managers call you, and you get things solved. Check in proactively with every client on a regular schedule, so you hear about problems before they become cancellations. Spot risk early: slow responses, missed approvals, unhappy comments. Step in fast. Turn happy clients into growth: reviews, referrals and upgrades. Keep every client’s record clean in our CRM and report retention to leadership every week. What you bring 1+ years in client success or account management, or as a practice manager or patient coordinator at a med spa or plastic surgery practice. Confidence with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Business and Meta Business Suite. You can connect accounts and fix access problems on your own. A warm, confident phone presence with doctors and business owners. A highly organized, detail-obsessed approach to follow-up.A track record you can show, such as client retention or renewals you’ve saved.
