Job Title: Bagging Room Production / Warehouse Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team in the Bagging Room at our ice plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality control of bags of ice, including 20lb bags, 7lb bags, and 10lb blocks of ice. You will be trained to operate bagging equipment, monitor production, and manage warehouse cleanliness and organization.

You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring the continued smooth operation of our bagging and ice production processes.

Production, Bagging & Equipment Operations: Operate and monitor automated ice bagging and packaging equipment. Maintain consistent production of 7 lb and 20 lb bagged ice and assist with 10 lb ice block production. Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Monitor palletizing operations and ensure products are properly stacked, wrapped, and stored. Maintain production quality and efficiency throughout each shift.

Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production and warehouse environment. Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move and organize inventory. Assist with daily warehouse tasks and general equipment maintenance. Support other operational needs as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Previous warehouse or production experience (at least 1 year).Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment troubleshooting (at least 1 year).Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks. Valid driver's license. Forklift and electric pallet jack experience (at least 1 year).Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and assist wherever needed. Preferred Qualifications2–3 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience. Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, or repairing industrial machinery. Forklift and electric pallet jack certification preferred. Familiarity with automated packaging equipment or robotics. Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Military experience is welcomed and encouraged.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements: Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work in cold temperatures and refrigerated warehouse environments. Comfortable working in freezer environments. Must be available for evening and weekend shifts during peak season (summer through mid-fall).Must be able to reliably commute to our Little Rock facility or relocate before starting employment.
