APPLY NOWWe’re hiring: Licensed Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent Managed By Equinox, Inc.📍 Bethlehem, PA | Full-Time | In-Person💰 $45,000 Annual Base Salary + Commission An active Pennsylvania Real Estate License and fluency in both English and Spanish are required. Build your real estate career with a growing company serving property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants throughout Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating transactions, and delivering exceptional client service.
In this role, you will:
- Generate and follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads.
- Assist buyers and sellers from initial consultation through closing.
- Market rental properties, conduct showings and open houses, process applications, and coordinate lease signings and move-ins.
- Prepare transaction documents and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related terms.
- Coordinate with owners, tenants, lenders, inspectors, title companies, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate CRM and transaction records, support property management operations, and follow Pennsylvania real estate and Fair Housing requirements. We’re looking for someone with:
- An active Pennsylvania Real Estate License.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions.
- Reliable transportation and availability for Saturdays and occasional evenings.
- Proficiency with computers, email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. One or more years of real estate sales experience and one or more years of residential leasing experience are preferred. Property management experience, knowledge of the Lehigh Valley market, and additional language skills are a plus. Our benefits and resources include:
