Measure and mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets our high standards. Operating equipment safely and efficiently, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance. Championing safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices. Managing materials using an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing. Working as a team, collaborating with team members and upholding company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork. Work with and sanitize heavy machinery and equipment. Ability to work in both cold and warm environments. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers. Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.).Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately. Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots. Ability to read, speak and write English.
