Job Description: Press Brake Operator
Location: Butner, NC -- On-site
Pay: $22-$27 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Start Date: As soon as possible
Put your press brake experience to work with a manufacturing team in Butner. This position offers a weekday schedule, weekly pay, and overtime opportunities. We're looking for an operator with at least 2 years of experience setting up and operating press brake machines.
What You'll Do:
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal.
Read blueprints and engineering drawings to meet job specifications.
Select, install, and change tooling for different projects.
Program CNC controls and monitor machine operation.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
Follow safety standards and work with the manufacturing team to meet production deadlines.
What You'll BringAt least 2 years of press brake operating experience in a manufacturing setting.
CNC programming experience.
Knowledge of tooling, machining, and laser cutting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of manufacturing quality standards.
EDM or milling experience is a plus, but not required.
