APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)To support the Risk Adjustment team's chart review and documentation initiatives, the temporary Risk Adjustment Coordinator will coordinate Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) portal access, facilitate communication between practices and coding teams, and manage documentation corrections and diagnosis code updates, working remotely for a duration of 3 months with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities:
Assist with medical record review coordination and ensure timely collection and submission of charts for risk adjustment
Maintain tracking logs and documentation systems for medical record requests and follow-ups
Support provider outreach to obtain clinical documentation and clarify coding requirements
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
Experience in revenue cycle or risk adjustment preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and EZCAP
Ability to work independently while managing sensitive information with discretion
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
