Part-Time Licensed Esthetician Wayne, NJKey Responsibilities Perform advanced skincare treatments, including facials, Hydra Facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser hair removal. Hands-on experience operating the HydraFacial machine is required. Laser hair removal experience is strongly preferred. Learn and operate Eximia body contouring equipment. Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' skincare needs and goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room. Conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations to ensure client comfort and satisfaction. Monitor inventory and maintain skincare supplies. Educate clients on homecare routines and recommend appropriate skincare products. Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey Esthetician License required.
Extensive hands-on experience in esthetics and advanced skincare treatments.
HydraFacial experience required.
Laser hair removal experience and certification preferred.
Microneedling experience preferred.
Willingness to learn Eximia body contouring and new treatment techniques.
Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented. Consistent attendance and arriving on time are essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Comfortable recommending skincare products and additional services when appropriate.
Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 2 days per week, with flexibility.2 Saturdays per month, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
