The ideal candidate will have: prior management experience in overseeing a production facility involving 60 employees in various departmentsprior manufacturing experience and/or mechanical background are preferredprior experience managing in a Union setting is preferredability to manage tight lead times and ensure consistency in meeting customers' production datesstrong organizational skillsthe ability to work as part of a team across four shiftsManagement degree preferred but not required A full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with match are provided as well as paid time off programs.
