Senior Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (Onsite)

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an engineering leader to design, develop, build, and implement new components, products, or technologies in a self-directed manner. You will mentor others and lead projects across multiple groups including GTPE, Technology & NPI, Turbomachinery Operations, and Global supply chain. The role focuses on lean engineering, quality, lifecycle costs, performance, durability, serviceability, maintainability, and time to market, interfacing with customers as needed.
