GTE Courseware Lead - Flight Training & DoD Programs

The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced First-Line Leader to guide the Courseware Design & Instruction team within the Government Training Engineering organization. You will lead a cross-functional group of pilots, maintenance SMEs, instructional designers, and graphics professionals to develop training modules for Navy, Air Force, and international customers. You will manage plans, budgets, schedules, and provider relationships while driving process improvements and workforce development.
