Assignment Details

Assignment status: Ongoing
32 hours of patient-facing clinic care per week
Approximately 16 patients per shift
Outpatient family medicine
No call
No admissions
No teaching or APP supervision responsibilities
Epic EMR
Approximately 90 days for credentialing
Temporary privileges are not available
Minnesota licensing costs may be reimbursed
Clinical Support
One RN supporting: - Medication refills under established protocols - Patient-message triage - In-clinic patient care
One-to-one medical assistant support
Onsite phlebotomist
Onsite laboratory and EKG services
Onsite physical therapy
Two additional office staff members
Requirements:
Family Nurse Practitioner
Minnesota APRN/FNP license required before starting
Current BLS certification
Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient family medicine
Ability to provide 32 patient-facing hours per week
