Minimum years of experience: 8+ Years Ability to configure SIP gateways, including AudioCodes M800 through M1000-M4000 models, based on technical specifications for required features and functionality, including manipulation and routing rules. Expert-level technical knowledge of the components that make up TDM and IP telephony systems, along with a strong understanding of key protocols within the IP telephony domain. Strong working knowledge of data networking requirements for IP telephony implementation, particularly TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, SRTP, DHCP, DNS, AD/AAD, SQL, VLAN, and QoS.Ability to create, review, interpret, communicate, and implement design specifications, including floor plans, cable routing, rack layouts, and as-built documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, issue-identification, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate strategies, methodologies, and status updates to workgroup members, project teams, and senior leadership. Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to understand component relationships, anticipate challenges, and effectively resolve issues and roadblocks
