About our Client:
A national multifamily owner-operator seeking a VP of Operations to drive high-level service delivery and measurable results across diverse asset types.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Manage portfolio performance, including budgets, staffing, operations, and asset performance
- Develop scalable SOPs and KPIs to maintain asset consistency.
- Lead and mentor a team to instill a culture of service and accountability.
- Oversee systems and operations to ensure uptime and satisfaction.
- Partner with executives on capital planning and performance reporting.
- Lead transition planning and operational ramp-up for new acquisitions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- The Skills and Experience You Possess:10+ years of leadership in multifamily operations.
- Ability to scale operational systems within growth-oriented environments.
- Execution-first leader comfortable on-site and in the boardroom.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L accountability for high-value assets.
