To develop skills in healthcare administration, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Administrator Trainee will assist in analyzing nursing facility operations, act as a liaison among stakeholders, and support compliance with industry regulations while working under the supervision of a licensed Precepting Administrator.
Key responsibilities:
Assists in analyzing operations within a nursing facility and compiles budget projections
Acts as a liaison between the facility, residents, families, and the community
Monitors industry regulations and assists in policy execution and HR issuesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred; Master's degree or MBA preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to read and interpret business periodicals and governmental regulations
Strong mathematical skills for applying concepts like fractions and percentages
Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
