Job Summary: The sales role is focused on selling PAFCO's seafood products to key customers and independent accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Develop new customers through sales calls, proposals, presentations, and follow-up. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Sell PAFCO's full line of seafood products. Develop short- and long-term sales strategies and objectives for accounts. Work with marketing, logistics, product development, and other internal teams to meet customer needs. Meet sales volume, margin, and profit goals. Negotiate contracts and pricing. Monitor consumer trends, regulations, economic conditions, and other factors affecting the market. Build relationships within customer communities. Represent PAFCO professionally and protect the company's reputation

Qualifications: 2+ years of food-sales experience is required for the Account Manager position. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong networking and relationship-building ability. Ability to work with different departments and collaborate effectively. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Strong practical problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and operate in situations where there isn't always a clear answer. Professionalism, integrity, and a results-oriented approach.
