Position: Exercise Physiologist - Cardiac Diagnostics

Location: Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights

Hours: Day Shift, 7:30 am-4:00 pmOn-Call: Rotating weekend call (1-2 times per month)

Holidays: NoWhat you will do: Assist with cardiac stress testing, including patient preparation, exercise monitoring and assessment of patient responses. Monitor vital signs, symptoms and patient tolerance during cardiac diagnostic testing, communicating changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide safe patient care and maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology required. Master's degree preferred.

Certification: Current American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification required. ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
