AI Architect (Prototype/POCs)

Required Skills & Experience: Skill sets: Ability to develop prototypes, PoCs, MVPs using one or more of the following:

• AI/ML Knowledge: Strong foundation in AI, deep learning, and machine learning principles.
• Programming Skills: Expertise in Python and tools like Hugging Face, Langchain, and OpenAI API.Large Language Model Expertise: Hands on experience building, fine tuning, evaluating, and deploying LLMs (open source and commercial).Agentic AI & Workflow
• Orchestration: Experience building agent based systems using tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI agents, or similar frameworks.

Additional Details: Independent, hands-on AI engineer who can navigate ambiguity and deliver with minimal oversight. Confident and self-sufficient; able to take ownership of an assignment and execute quickly. Strong communicator who can engage stakeholders, ask questions, and drive initiatives forward. Team environment is focused on multiple fast-moving prototypes and innovation projects, not large long-term initiatives. Strong experience with agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and autonomous AI workflows; RAG is now table stakes. Highly technical builder who can advise the team on next steps after a POC is delivered. Job Description: The Innovation Lab is expanding and seeking Senior AI Engineers to design and build prototypes, POCs, and MVPs focused on emerging technologies. This team operates as a shared service across four organizations, incubating experimental solutions that are later handed off to domain-specific engineering teams for scaling and production.
