Location: 3045 Lackland Road Fort Worth, Texas 76108

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmResponsibilitiesCreate and distribute reports to track metrics of the department. Assist with vendor onboarding including but not limited to contract, and insurance verification. Create and manage options within BuildTopia to support Purchasing and Design Center operations. Communicate with Trade Partners regarding pricing, contract documents, and payment reports. Collaborate with other departments regarding the set up of BuildTopia for long term development.

Requirements: Preferred but not required experience with a residential homebuilder. Preference to someone with BuildTopia experience, or experience with a similar program High school diploma
