Human Resources Generalist
Location: Centennial, CO (Onsite – 4–5 days/week)
Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 (Flexible DOE)

Innovar Group is recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist to join a growing manufacturing and energy solutions company in Centennial, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to take ownership of payroll, benefits, and HR operations while supporting a company developing innovative power generation technologies.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate multi-state payroll and benefits for approximately 100 employees.
Manage benefits enrollment, administration, and vendor relationships.
Support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR compliance.
Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
What You Bring 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role.
Strong payroll and benefits administration experience.
Multi-state payroll knowledge, including California.
Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Background:
Experience with Paylocity.
Manufacturing or industrial industry experience.
SHRM or PHR certification.
