Entry Level Construction Industry Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and research new construction projects within the multifamily housing sector. Generating Potential Partnerships: Connect with developers, architects and general contractors via phone calls and emails to set up presentation meetings. Consultative Selling: Advise developers, and property managers on design, materials, and ADA compliance to create a cohesive, branded environment. Project Management: Use the architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to provide accurate proposals and ensure successful installation. We'll show you how! Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with active developers and property management teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills: College Degree Sales Skill Set: Driven - managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to wrap up calls. Fearless in dealing with high-level executives in Multifamily housing. Well-spoken, organized, and professional with a good eye for design.

Industry Experience: No prior experience necessaryWe will train and mentor you to be successful! Technical Knowledge: We will teach you to gain understanding of materials, fabrication, and the installation processes. Learn ADA requirements inside out. Tools & Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an openness to learning new tools and skills. Typical Compensation & Environment: Salary Structure: Initially a base salary with commission incentive, moving toward full commission with draw when the time is right. Earnings Potential: You set the limit. Our hope is that you can earn six figures consistently.
