Rehab-Focused | Patient-Centered | Growth-MindedWe’re looking for more than just a chiropractor. We’re looking for the right person to join our team.
We believe healthcare should be personal. From personal injury to active aging to sports performance, every patient who walks through our doors has a different history, different goals, different challenges, and a different body. That’s why we don’t believe in cookie-cutter care.
Our method combines chiropractic care, movement, rehabilitation, and individualized treatment plans designed to help patients move better, feel better, and build a stronger foundation for long-term health.
We are looking for anAssociate Doctor of Chiropractic who shares that philosophy and wants to be part of a team that is changing the way people think about pain, movement, aging, and their ability to live an active life.
What We’re Looking For:
We want a chiropractor who is:
Rehab-focused and passionate about helping patients improve function, not simply providing adjustments. We will train, but must love movement.
Patient-centered, with the ability to listen, educate, and build genuine relationships.
Curious about the root cause, rather than simply treating symptoms.
Comfortable developing and followingindividualized care plans.
Passionate about movement, mobility, strength, balance, and helping patients become more capable in their everyday lives.
A strong communicator who can confidently explain the why behind a patient's care.
Coachable and growth-minded, with a desire to continually improve clinically and professionally.
A positive team player who contributes to a supportive, encouraging environment.
Comfortable participating incommunity outreach and practice marketing.
Someone who understands that building a successful practice involves both excellent patient care and actively connecting with the community.
Our Culture:
We believe in people before protocols.
Our culture is built around several core principles:
1. Every Patient Is an Individual
We don't treat diagnoses, we treat people. We take the time to understand each patient's story, goals, movement patterns, and needs.
2. Find the Root Cause
We don't want patients dependent on us forever. Our goal is to understand why someone is struggling and help them develop the tools and capacity to move forward.
3. Movement Is Medicine
We believe the body is designed to move. Chiropractic care is one part of the equation. Rehabilitation, movement, strength, balance, education, and consistency all matter.
4. Educate, Don't Intimidate
Patients should leave understanding their bodies better than when they arrived. We teach rather than lecture, encourage rather than frighten, and help patients become active participants in their own progress.
5. Do What You Say You're Going To Do
We value accountability, integrity, professionalism, and follow through, with our patients and with each other.
6. Bring Positive Energy
Our patients are trusting us with something important: their ability to move and live their lives. We want our team to bring energy, encouragement, compassion, and optimism to the room every day.
7. Keep Growing
We believe great clinicians never stop learning. We encourage continuing education, collaboration, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge our own assumptions.
8. Be a Team
We celebrate each other's wins, communicate openly, help when someone needs it, and understand that exceptional patient care is a team effort.
What You'll Do:
As an Associate Chiropractor, you will:
Perform chiropractic evaluations and treatments.
