About the Role:
Kuber Oregon LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Host/Togo Specialist to join our team in Portland, OR! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first and last impression for our guests, delivering exceptional hospitality both in-person and through our takeout service. Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner
Manage waitlists and reservations to ensure smooth front-of-house flow
Accurately process and package togo/takeout orders for pickup and delivery
Answer incoming calls, respond to togo inquiries, and take phone orders
Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure order accuracy and timing
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and togo packaging area
Provide guests with menu information, specials, and a positive dining experience
Requirements:
Previous hosting, front-of-house, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume restaurant environment
Positive, upbeat attitude with a guest-first mindset
Comfortable handling cash and POS/ordering systems
Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
