About the Job:
We re looking for a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team in a part-time capacity, working 13 hours per week. You ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.
Schedule:
Mondays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PMWednesdays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PMWhat You ll Do (Key Responsibilities in Patient Care):Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
Culture: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
What You ll Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications):Active and unrestricted PA license in the practicing state. Board certification as an FNP. DEA registration.2+ years of primary care experience preferred.
Experience treating patients ages 2+.Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
