Process Consultant General Purpose Consulting is looking for a Process Consultant to help organizations identify where AI can improve how their teams work and turn those opportunities into practical, adopted solutions.
This is a client-facing consulting role at the intersection of business process, AI, facilitation, and change management. You will lead discovery conversations, facilitate AI Workshops, analyze workflows, identify and quantify AI opportunities, develop executive-level recommendations, and help clients implement new ways of working.
This is not a consulting role where the work ends with a presentation. We care about whether the recommendation actually gets implemented and whether the client’s team works differently as a result.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Client Discovery You’ll interview executives, department leaders, and individual contributors to understand how work actually gets done.
You’ll:
Map business processes from roles and tasks down to individual workflow steps
Identify bottlenecks, repetitive work, manual processes, and operational friction
Quantify problems in terms of time, cost, frequency, errors, or business impact
Identify opportunities where AI, automation, or workflow redesign could meaningfully improve performance
Connect recommendations directly to evidence gathered during discovery
Facilitate AI Workshops You’ll prepare for and lead AI Workshops with client teams of varying levels of AI experience.
You’ll:
Conduct pre-workshop discovery
Develop agendas, exercises, examples, and participant materials
Teach practical AI concepts to non-technical audiences
Facilitate exercises and group discussions
Adapt your approach based on the audience’s AI maturity
Identify client-specific AI opportunities during the Workshop
Turn Workshop findings into clear recommendations and next steps
Conduct Workflow Assessments You’ll own Workflow Assessments from kickoff through executive readout.
You’ll:
Conduct structured stakeholder interviews
Document current-state workflows
Identify and quantify workflow pain points
Evaluate opportunities based on impact, effort, risk, and implementation complexity
Design future-state workflows
Develop polished, evidence-backed recommendations
Present findings to executives and operational leaders
Explain both what we recommend and what we deliberately do not recommend
Every recommendation should be traceable to something we learned from the client. Generic AI advice is not good enough.
Drive AI Adoption Our work does not stop once an opportunity has been identified.
You’ll help clients move from recommendation to implementation by:
Prioritizing AI opportunities and adoption roadmaps
Translating business requirements for technical teams
Coordinating with GPC engineers
Leading recurring client meetings
Tracking implementation progress
Identifying blockers, risks, and decisions
Developing training and enablement resources
Supporting organizational change
Verifying that deployed solutions are actually being used
Own the Client Experience As you ramp into the role, you should be able to independently lead your engagements without needing senior leadership in every client conversation.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading client meetings confidently
Communicating project status, risks, blockers, and decisions
Providing clear written follow-up
Managing timelines and expectations
Identifying potential scope changes before work begins
Presenting recommendations to both executive and operational audiences
Build, Sharpen, Scale Every engagement should make our consulting system better.
When you develop a better question, prompt, framework, workshop exercise, checklist, or delivery method, you’ll turn it into something the rest of the team can reuse.
You’ll contribute to our:
Consulting frameworks
AI skills and prompts
Workshop modules
Interview guides
Assessment methodologies
Templates
SOPs
Internal training resources
What We’re Looking For You should have:

Excellent written and verbal communication
The ability to turn ambiguous business problems into structured recommendations
High standards for client-facing work

The ability to manage multiple active engagements
Strong ownership and the ability to operate independently
Practical familiarity with generative AI
