Required qualifications include a knack for mechanical work and a sharp eye for detail, ability to read tape measures, do basic math, and follow written instructions, comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings, skilled in MIG welding and operating tools, experience with sheet metal bending and general fabrication, physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and work overhead, and a team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
