Job Description: Deliver occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, following individualized education plans. Support students in developing functional skills for academic success, self-care, sensory integration, motor planning, and social participation. Assist in conducting assessments and progress monitoring. Collaborate with school teams to implement interventions and accommodations in classroom settings. Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements: Valid COTA licensure in Ohio Previous schools-based experience preferred, but not required Familiarity with IEP documentation and goal tracking Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families Compassion, patience, and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
