Ensurematerialsorderedaretospecandwithinbudget.
Providesubmittalsandprocurematerialstomeetschedulemilestones.
WorkwithOperationsManagertoidentifyandremedypotentialscheduleandbudgetaryissues.
Manageandapproveweeklyfieldlogsforaccuracybeforesendingtopayrollandjobcosting.
Reviewandapprovevendorandsubcontractorinvoicesweekly.
SendoutRFI’sasneededtoarchitectasquestions/discrepanciesariseontheproject.
Haveacompleteandthoroughunderstandingofprojectplansdocuments, andLSK’s.
Ensurecrewsarebuildingtospecifieddetails.
Workwithestimatortoprovideestimatesandchangeordersforextrawork.
Trackjobproduction&cost, basedonreportedlabor&quantitiesvs.estimated.
ReviewandsubmitmonthlyAIAinvoices.
Ensureprojectpunchlistitemsarecompletedontimeforprojectcloseout.
RequiredSkills/Abilities: Thoroughunderstandingofplantspeciesidentificationandknowledgeofplantvarieties
Thoroughunderstandingofmachineoperation, toincludeskidsteer, mini-excavator, andlargermachinery.
Thoroughunderstandingofmasonrytechniquesandvarioushardscapematerials, includingstone, concrete, andmanufacturedmaterials.
Havestrongleadershipskills.
Abletocommunicateeffectivelywithsub-contractors, clients, architects, andmanagement.
AbilitytouseMicrosoftOfficesuiteandknowledgeofconstructiontrackingsoftwarepreferred.
Organizationalskillsarenecessary.
EducationandExperience/Licenses: Bachelor’sdegreewith3to5yearslandscapeprojectmanagementexperienceorHighschooldiploma(orequivalent)and6+yearsoflandscapeprojectmanagementexperience
