Director of Brokerage Partnerships & Revenue Growth

You will own end-to-end partnerships with insurance brokerages, shape go-to-market strategies, and drive premium growth through collaborative underwriting and sales leadership. You have 4+ years in commercial insurance, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
