Clinical Dietetic Technician (CDT)C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center (Bay Pines VAMC) is seeking multiple Clinical Dietetic Technicians (CDTs) to provide onsite nutrition and food service support in a hospital setting.

Bay Pines VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, FLWork Type: Full-time, OnsiteLabor Category: Health Technician (Dietetic) Schedule Rotating shifts, 7 days/week (including holidays) Day: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PMEvening: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PMKey Responsibilities Tray assembly and meal delivery Diet order processing Support therapeutic diet implementation Collaborate with clinical staff Ensure compliance with VA dietary guidelines
Minimum Qualifications:- DTR Certification, OR Bachelor's degree or 24+ semester hours in a nutrition-related field
- Required Experience & Skills
- Hospital food service experience (tray line, delivery, diet orders)
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets: IDDSI, Renal, Diabetic, Cardiac, MNTAbility to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
