Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing pertinent medical histories, performing specific assessments, and formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies with patients and their families, while actively involving them in the goal-setting process for treatment. Utilize evidence-based practices and demonstrate expertise in the implementation of treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and patient presentations, staying adaptable to the evolving healthcare landscape. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, recognize changes in patients' conditions, and document any necessary modifications to treatment plans or referrals for additional medical consultation. Prepare comprehensive discharge plans and ensure timely follow-up care, maintaining accurate documentation and billing of patient interactions throughout their course of treatment. Manage time effectively to meet productivity benchmarks while maintaining a punctual schedule for meetings and appointments. Participate in departmental initiatives to further establish and achieve organizational goals, as well as comply with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards. Engage in ongoing professional development, seeking out continuing education opportunities to enhance both personal competency and contribute to the organization's goals. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist with Insight Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Our goal is to provide tailored care that not only addresses the physical needs but also considers the emotional well-being of our patients, fostering their autonomy and confidence as they work towards recovery.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey. Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, specifically for Healthcare Providers. Demonstrated commitment to professional growth through continuing education and active engagement in relevant courses and certifications.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency working with a range of patient populations and conditions to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Experience in a rehabilitation center is a plus.
