Hair Happiness Starts Here. Hair Effex is a busy, established salon in the heart of Bellmore looking for a talented, passionate Hair Stylist / Colorist to join our team. If you love color, care about your guests, and want to keep growing your craft, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality haircuts, styling, and color services, including dimensional color, balayage, highlights, and color corrections
Run thorough consultations and build lasting relationships with your guests
Recommend retail and home-care products to keep clients' hair looking its best
Keep your station and the salon clean, organized, and welcoming
Work as part of a supportive, collaborative team
What We’re Looking For: Active New York State cosmetology license
Strong color skills (experience with corrective and creative color is a plus)
Professional, friendly, and reliable
Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
Existing clientele is a plus but not required — we'll help you grow!

Compensation & Schedule
Pay:
Commission % + tips + retail commission. Schedule: Full-time or part-time available.
