Inventory & Cost Accounting Manager - Hardware/Manufacturing

Figure AI, an AI robotics company in San Jose, CA, is hiring an Accounting Manager focused on Inventory. You will own inventory and cost accounting, building end-to-end processes and deploying systems to support scale in a high-growth hardware environment. You will reconcile data between NetSuite and MES/PLM/WMS, maintain cost models, analyze variances, and lead lease, asset, and general accounting work streams. Excellent communication and mentorship are required.
