Director, Remote Employee Relations & Ethics Compliance

GPC seeks an Employee Relations Director to drive engagement, retention, and compliant practices across North America. The role focuses on handling employee concerns, investigations, and policy interpretation, reporting to the Sr. Director, Culture, Ethics & Compliance. The candidate will lead investigations, maintain records, and partner with leadership to implement corrective actions. Travel up to 30% may be required where appropriate.
