Job Description:
Define and drive enterprise data architecture strategy for lending business domains Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models across lending platforms Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to align data initiatives with business objectives Design Customer 360, lending, risk, collateral, and relationship data solutions Establish and enforce data governance, quality, lineage, and MDM standards Guide data integration initiatives across source systems, APIs, warehouses, and cloud platforms Support regulatory reporting and compliance data requirements Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and AI/ML teams to ensure trusted and scalable data foundations Provide architectural leadership for Azure and AWS data platform initiatives Present recommendations, roadmaps, and architecture strategies to senior leadership and executive stakeholders Evaluate current-state data environments and define future-state enterprise architecture roadmaps Ensure security, privacy, and data protection requirements are incorporated into all data solutionsSkills and RequirementsEnterprise Data Architecture and Data Strategy experience Knowledge of credit risk, collateral, and exposure data structures Expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Lineage frameworks Master Data Management (MDM) implementation and strategy experience Experience designing Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse architectures Strong background in real-time data integration, APIs, and event-driven architectures Regulatory reporting and compliance knowledge including CCAR, Basel, IFRS9, and CECL Experience with cloud data platforms, specifically Azure and AWS Knowledge of analytics, reporting, and AI/ML data foundations Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Knowledge of data security, privacy, and data protection best practices Deep lending domain expertise across Commercial, Consumer, Mortgage, and Business Lending Strong understanding of Loan Origination and Loan Servicing data models Experience with Customer 360, party, and relationship data domains Experience building analytics and reporting platforms for lending organizations Financial services or banking transformation program experience Experience defining enterprise data standards and target-state architectures Familiarity with modern data cataloging and metadata management tools Experience working within highly regulated banking environments Knowledge of data mesh, data fabric, or other modern enterprise data architecture patterns Prior experience supporting enterprise lending modernization initiativesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
