Improve Operational Financial PerformancePartner with Finance on job costing, budgets, forecasts, and gross‑margin analysis. Manage the operational factors that directly affect profitability, including labor efficiency, subcontractor costs, purchasing, material waste, rework, and overhead. Use financial and operational data to identify problems, prioritize improvements, and make sound business decisions. Establish meaningful operational KPIs and use them to drive accountability.
