About the Role:
We're growing our recruiting team and are looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting for professional and corporate roles across our client portfolio. You'll partner closely with hiring leaders, run searches end to end, and be a trusted advisor on talent and market conditions. This role offers real ownership, visibility, and room to grow. Responsibilities:
- Own full cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding across a diverse mix of professional and corporate roles
- Recruit for both revenue generating roles (sales, business development, account management) and corporate functions (finance, operations, compliance, technology, HR)
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers, align on requirements, and present 3 to 5 qualified candidates within 5 to 10 days
- Source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and market mapping
- Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation, and realistic requirements
- Manage offers and closes with a focus on quality of hire, retention, and candidate experience
- Keep ATS data accurate and contribute to weekly metrics and reporting
- Hold time to fill and quality targets in a fast paced, high touch environment
- Qualifications4 to 10 years of full cycle recruiting experience, in house, agency, or staffing
- Proven track record filling mid to senior level professional roles
- Experience recruiting for sales roles, corporate roles, or both
- Consultative, relationship driven style with hiring leaders up to the executive level
- Ability to manage a heavy req load while holding quality and speed
- Highly organized, data minded, and comfortable reporting on metrics and outcomes
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with candidates and stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Experience recruiting in regulated or highly matrixed organizations
- Strong local network of professional talent
