Gray Construction seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead field operations on major construction projects. You will own the on-site activities from mobilization through closeout, coordinate subcontractors, manage safety, and drive schedule adherence.
The role requires 10+ years in construction, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans. The position is on-site with exposure to large markets across manufacturing, food & beverage, automotive, distribution and mission critical facilities.
