Location: Fully Remote within USAAbout the RoleOur client is looking for a CTMS Trainer to train clinical research staff on the Velos eResearch Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical research workflows, experience delivering end-user training, and the ability to support users in effectively utilizing the platform.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver training to clinical research staff on the Velos eResearch CTMS platform. Train users on study setup, participant management, visit scheduling, data entry, reporting, and system workflows. Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and system documentation. Provide user support and guidance on CTMS-related queries. Ensure users follow established clinical research processes and system procedures. Collaborate with clinical research teams to improve system adoption and user proficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Velos eResearch CTMS.Strong understanding of CTMS functionality and clinical research workflows. Experience delivering end-user training for clinical applications. Ability to prepare training materials and documentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and user support skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
