Are you looking for a stable, full-time manufacturing job with weekly pay and benefits? We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Carol Stream, IL. We are looking for dependable candidates with experience operating CNC machines, plastic molding equipment, press machines, or other types of manufacturing machinery. If you have hands-on machine operating experience, basic mechanical skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
Set up machines and make basic adjustments as needed.
Monitor machine performance during production.
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and basic blueprints.
Complete production and quality documentation.
Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
Report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow safety procedures and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is required or strongly preferred.
- Experience with CNC, plastic molding, injection molding, press machines, EDM, or other industrial equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with measuring tools, hand tools, or basic blueprints is preferred.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and identify quality issues
- Reliable attendance and a willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Pay & Schedule
Pay:
$19–$22 per hour, depending on shift and experience.1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PMMonday–Friday | Full-Time | Weekly PayOvertime may be available, including some weekends, depending on production needs.
