We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a New York bank. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader who excels in managing both staff and branch performance while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving branch sales and service goals, managing financial operations, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient running of the branch.
Manage and optimize branch workflows, processes, and staffing levels.
Ensure that the branch meets or exceeds operational standards, including compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and risk management procedures.
Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through cross-selling and recommending appropriate products and services.
Promote a culture of customer service excellence within the branch.
Monitor and ensure compliance with lending and banking policies and procedures.
Ensure branch adherence to all banking laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in banking in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
