The Position:- We are looking for someone who enjoys what they do and has the skills to match their positive attitude. Below are preferred requirements needed to be successful in this position.
- Perform field restoration activities including demolition, cleaning, restorative drying, mold cleaning, fire and smoke damage cleaning, etc
- Provides after hours emergency support as part of an on-call emergency service once a month
- Interaction with homeowners, property managers or other individuals while carrying out job responsibilities should be conducted in a courteous and professional manner
- Taking moisture readings at each monitor, taking and uploading photos, readings, and notes into our job database for our in house representatives to use
- Able to work 8+ hours a day as needed per jobIICRC Certified a Plus but not required
- Must have valid California driver's license
- Due to client interaction, we require neat & tidy grooming
