- Job Description Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking aCommercial Construction Superintendentfor Large Projects to join our team in Capitol Heights, Maryland.
- Job duties to include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate between estimating, purchasing, installation, and the customer.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Attend on-site progress meeting as lead representative for Long Fence.
Dispatch installation crews.
Site visits and inspections.
Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of commercial construction industry experience.
Construction software and computer skill experience.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Compensation:
The minimum compensation for this position is $85,000.00 per year.
The maximum compensation for this position is $95,000.00 per year.
