Athletics Deputy Director & Title IX Coordinator

California State University San Marcos seeks a Deputy Director of Athletics/Title IX Coordinator to lead Inclusive Excellence initiatives within the Athletics department. This role reports to the Director of Athletics and works with campus partners to advance equitable policies and student experiences. It is a full-time exempt position under the MPP. The role requires collaboration across campus, with responsibilities including Title IX coordination, campus safety, and participation on senior
