Lead Architect – AI & Telecom Transformation (Denver)

Key Responsibilities: Lead onsite architecture and Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation initiatives across NOC, SOC, network operations, service assurance, and incident management. Conduct customer workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state operating models, alarm flows, ticket lifecycles, triage processes, escalation paths, and operational challenges. Define Agentic AI solution architectures for alarm correlation, event deduplication, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, incident enrichment, ticket automation, and closed-loop remediation. Drive operational improvements, including MTTR reduction, alert-noise suppression, faster triage, improved fault isolation, proactive incident prevention, and enhanced customer experience. Design scalable architectures integrating OSS, service assurance, observability, telemetry, ITSM, knowledge management, and automation platforms. Define integration patterns for alarms, events, incidents, network topology, inventory, logs, metrics, traces, and operational knowledge across telecom NOC/SOC ecosystems. Collaborate with AWS, customer network and operations teams, and engineering stakeholders to design secure, scalable, cloud-native Agentic AI platforms. Develop transformation roadmaps, target-state operating models, automation backlogs, use-case prioritization, and phased implementation strategies. Lead solution design, proof of concepts (PoCs), end-to-end technical delivery, and executive presentations focused on operational efficiency, service reliability, network resilience, and measurable business outcomes. Govern architecture across onsite and offshore teams, ensuring alignment with telecom processes, data quality, integration feasibility, and production-readiness standards. Collaborate with business, network, security, operations, product, and engineering teams throughout the transformation lifecycle. Mentor architects and technical teams on Agentic AI-driven telecom solutions, NOC/SOC automation, observability-led operations, and architecture best practices.
