I'm partnered with a leading prop trading firm, they are one of the major global electronic market makers. The work is technically challenging, with a real focus on performance, efficiency and building systems that operate at speed. This is an opportunity to join an environment where engineering sits at the heart of the business, solving complex problems involving performance, scalability, concurrency and real-time systems. The engineering challenges: Building and optimising high-performance, low-latency C++ systems Tackling complex problems in multithreading, concurrency and memory management Working close to the hardware to maximise performance and efficiency Designing robust, scalable systems where speed and reliability are critical Collaborating with exceptionally talented engineers on technically challenging problems If you're a C++ Engineer and would be interested in hearing more, feel free to drop me a message. Happy to share further details confidentially.
