APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Caregiver Position We're looking for experienced, compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality in-home and community-based care. In this role, you'll support clients of all ages with daily living activities, health needs, and emotional well-beinghelping them maintain independence and dignity. If you're someone who leads with empathy, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering personalized care, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide medication reminders and support health routines
- Deliver specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or memory-related conditions
- Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
- Safely assist with transfers and mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts
- Monitor and document client condition, behavior, and progress
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- What You Bring
- Experience in caregiving (home care, assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or long-term care preferred)
- Background supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or specialized care needs
- Knowledge of dementia and memory care best practices
- Ability to safely assist with lifting and transfers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
